Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy offers a supportive environment where individuals can explore their internal experiences while connecting with others who share similar challenges. In this relational space, members benefit from both giving and receiving feedback, practicing new ways of relating, and reducing isolation.

The group format can enhance insight, foster emotional regulation, and accelerate personal growth through shared understanding and accountability. It’s a powerful complement—or alternative—to individual therapy for those seeking connection and change.
