Anna Grace Boyd, LPCC

Are you feeling uncertain about the road ahead?

Have you been faced with complex life transitions?

Are you seeking support as you navigate shifting identities, relationships, or emotional demands?

A young woman with fair skin, brown hair, and a subtle smile, standing outdoors in front of a large tree trunk with a house with a brick exterior and a window with white trim in the background. She is wearing a black ribbed top with white trim around the neckline and sleeves, floral patterned skirt, necklace, and earrings.

Relationships, pregnancy, and motherhood can bring incredible joy, but they can also bring anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, and feelings you never expected. Whether you're struggling with postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, adjusting to motherhood, or feeling disconnected from your partner or yourself, you don't have to go through it alone.

Together, we'll create a safe place to understand what's happening, strengthen your relationships, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again. My goal is to help you move from simply surviving to feeling more connected, present, and hopeful.

Our work together is holistic and integrative because healing involves the mind, body, and nervous system—not just thoughts. Depending on your needs, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll tailor therapy to what works best for you.

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous first step. No matter what you’re navigating, I'd be honored to support you. If you're looking for therapy for postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, pregnancy-related stress, motherhood, or relationship challenges, I'd love to help.

Reach out today to schedule a consultation and see if we're a good fit.
