Session Fees

We offer 55-minute therapy sessions in-person in Fort Collins and via secure Telehealth across Colorado and Wyoming.

Licensed Clinicians

$120 per 55-minute session

Clinical Interns

$75 per 55-minute session

Our intern works under clinical supervision and offers a more affordable option for those seeking reduced-cost therapy while still receiving high-quality, ethical care.

We list our exact fees because we value transparency and want you to have the information you need upfront.

    Before your first appointment, we verify your benefits so you know what to expect regarding copays, deductibles, and coverage. Copays are collected on the date of service.

    Our goal is to eliminate surprises and help you feel prepared.

  • At this time, we are out-of-network with Wyoming insurance plans.

    Sessions are paid out-of-pocket at the time of service. However, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

    Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about:

    • Out-of-network mental health benefits

    • Deductible requirements

    • Reimbursement rates

    If you have questions, we are happy to help guide you through this process.

  • Payment Policies

    • We accept all major credit cards.

    • Copays and out-of-pocket session fees are collected on the date of service.

    • A credit card is kept securely on file.

    • Cancellation fee: $75 for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

    We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy helps protect clinician availability and ensures we can continue offering consistent care to all clients.
