Victoria Zawitkowski, LSW

Do you worry that if you stop performing, you’ll realize you don’t actually know who you are?

Are you so used to anticipating everyone else’s needs that you’ve lost track of what you actually want?

I work with adults who feel “stuck”—navigating a persistent hum of anxiety, burnout, or patterns like people-pleasing and chasing intensity. My passion is de-shaming sex and intimacy; I believe the way we relate to our bodies mirrors how we move through the world. Whether healing from trauma or relational conflict, we start with the most important relationship: the one you have with yourself.

In our work together, we’ll explore how relational history and family dynamics impact your present. My approach is collaborative, blending somatic tools with attachment theory. Drawing on my background as a sex educator, I offer a sex-positive, affirming space to navigate desire and boundaries at your pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. If you’re questioning old roles or ways of relating, therapy can be a place to explore who you are with care. I truly enjoy the consultation process and love sharing resources during our time together. I invite you to reach out for a free call to see if we feel like a good fit to work together.
