Saturday Spotlight: Anna Grace Boyd, Clinical Intern

Who I Work With

I work primarily with adults and teens who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, perinatal challenges, and interpersonal relationship struggles.

I have specialized training and experience in maternal mental health care. My approach is holistic and integrative, acknowledging the complexity of the human existence and meeting the client where they are.

My goal is to ensure all clients who walk through my door feel supported, heard, and better equipped for the future.

My Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic approach is best described as gentle and direct. In our work together, I focus on creating a welcoming environment that allows clients to feel fully supported and comfortable sharing their experiences and struggles.

I want to encourage you to trust yourself enough to dig deeper and allow yourself to bring vulnerable emotions to the surface, knowing you are not alone.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe space to bring up whatever is on your mind or whatever you are hoping to work on. I often use analogies, activities, and other tools so that you not only feel heard and supported, but also feel better equipped to navigate your week on your growth and healing journey.

Clients often describe sessions with me as comfortable and validating.

What I Value Most in the Therapy Space

I deeply value your comfort and allowing you to guide where we go in session and how quickly we get there. I believe healing happens when you are ready, supported, and equipped to get there.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy camping, yoga, playing my guitar, talking over the dinner table, and hanging out with my dogs.

These parts of me shape how I show up as a therapist because it strengthens my deep connection to nature, holistic care, and connecting with others in a meaningful way.
